Content Review Policy (CRP)

fn.mahacet.org is the official admission portal of the State Common Entrance Test Cell, Government of Maharashtra for Foreign National, NRI, OCI, PIO, CIWGC and Merchant Navy candidates. Because admission rules, fee schedules and timelines change from one academic year to the next, the Cell follows a structured review policy to keep every page current and correct.

Review cycle

• Admission-critical content — eligibility criteria, fee amounts, important dates and the list of participating institutions — is reviewed before every admission cycle and immediately after any Government Resolution or notification that affects it.
• Informational content — country guides, course pages and blog articles — is reviewed each quarter for factual accuracy and continued relevance.
• Statutory pages — policies, disclaimers and accessibility statements — are reviewed annually.

Review standards

• Content is checked against the official brochure and the prevailing rules of the appropriate authorities defined under the Act.
• Every page carries syntactically valid markup and structured data, which is re-validated as part of the review.
• Outdated material is corrected or archived; pages that are superseded carry a redirect to their replacement.

Errors or outdated information may be reported to student@mahacet.org. Reports affecting eligibility or fees are escalated and resolved on priority.
