International students (FN, NRI, OCI, PIO, CIWGC) can join MBBS in Maharashtra through the official State CET Cell portal. NEET-UG is mandatory for every MBBS aspirant, including foreign nationals — this is a Government of India regulation with no international exception. The MHT-CET exemption does not apply to medical courses. Programme duration: 5.5 years (including a one-year internship).
